Legendary Engagement Solutions (LES Inc.) is a growing fundraising company specializing in face-to-face donor acquisition and public engagement for charitable organizations.

We are currently partnered with SunSpark Canvassing as a second-party vendor, providing fundraising services and supporting charitable campaigns through face-to-face fundraising.

We are expanding our fundraising team across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and are looking for

Fundraising Superstars who are outgoing, motivated, resilient, and confident speaking with people.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, where your income is directly connected to your fundraising performance.

The Role

As a Fundraising Representative, you will represent charitable campaigns through face-to-face public engagement.

You will approach members of the public, start meaningful conversations, communicate the impact of the causes we represent, and inspire individuals to become monthly donors.

This is a people-focused fundraising role. You don't need previous fundraising experience to succeed — we are looking for people who are confident, coachable, resilient, and willing to put in the work.

Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Face-to-Face Fundraising

Engage members of the public through face-to-face conversations

Represent charitable organizations and their campaigns professionally

Build genuine rapport with potential donors

Communicate the impact of the causes we represent

Educate individuals about monthly giving opportunities

Secure successful monthly donor enrollments

Work toward individual and team fundraising targets

Maintain a professional and positive approach in the field

Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching

Previous Experience

Previous experience is an asset but not required.

If you have the personality and work ethic, we'll teach you the fundraising.

Compensation

$120–$150 Per Successful Monthly Donor Enrollment

100% commission-based compensation

$125–$150 commission for every successful monthly donor enrollment

No cap on earnings

No hourly wage or salary

Your earning potential is directly connected to your fundraising performance The more successful donor enrollments you generate, the more you earn

Example Earning Potential

5 successful donor enrollments in a day:

$625–$750

10 successful donor enrollments in a week:

$1,250–$1,500

20 successful donor enrollments in a week:

$2,500–$3,000

There is no maximum earning limit. Your performance determines your commission.

About Our Partnership

Legendary Engagement Solutions Inc. (LES Inc.) operates as a second-party vendor partnered with

SunSpark Canvassing.

LES independently recruits and manages its fundraising representatives and provides fundraising services through this vendor partnership.

Applicants are applying to work with Legendary Engagement Solutions, not directly with SunSpark

Canvassing.

Location

Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Fundraising takes place at various high-traffic public locations throughout the GTA.

Candidates should be comfortable travelling to different campaign locations as required.

Schedule

Monday to Saturday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

4-hour evening shifts

Fundraising takes place at designated public locations throughout the GTA

Team members may be scheduled across multiple days depending on availability and campaign needs

Candidates must be comfortable independently travelling to different fundraising locations

Availability for Monday–Saturday evening shifts is required.
