Baldface Lodge in Canada is seeking a Garde Manger Chef to lead the sandwich and salad program for guests staying at our alpine retreat, nestled at 2050 m. You’ll work with an elite kitchen crew, embracing our snowboard culture and providing inventive, high-quality lunches and après-ski bites.
The role starts with a focus on prep, inventory, and dietary accommodations, and expands to coordinating with the Head Chef on feature salads.
