contract management and procurement practices; Conduct market monitoring and recommend strategies for managing the contract portfolio.The profile you are looking for is as follows:Hold a bachelor's degree in administration or a relevant discipline; Have at least ten years of experience in strategic sourcing in the field of information technology; Have at least five years of experience in public procurement in the management of complex information technology procurement files; Have at least four years of experience in leading procurement files related to artificial intelligence, automation, advanced analytics or technology innovation solutions; Master the entire complex procurement cycle, including supplier selection, evaluation, negotiation and contract drafting; Know the contractual particularities related to licenses and technological goods and services; Demonstrate expertise in contract management and a thorough understanding of contractual clauses; Exercise strongcommercial and contract negotiation skills; Understanding trends in artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and emerging technologies; Be proficient in Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and qualified communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
