and HMI programming and controlsProven experience performing electrical/electronic troubleshooting of equipmentMust be capable of interpreting and designing electrical schematicsMust have proven ability and experience completing electrical installation work including: control wiring, conduit, power wiring and motor controlDemonstrated skill in technical documentationProven experience with continuous improvementProven ability to troubleshoot, follow up, and root cause equipment failuresExperience with Fanuc and/or ABB Robotics is an assetExperience with plastics and/or paint processes is an assetMust be computer literate with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)Must be results and team orientedMust consider and prioritize safety in all dutiesMAIN DUTIES:Automated system maintenance, and troubleshootingPreventative and predictive maintenance of paint and assembly equipmentRepair of paint and assembly equipmentUpdate, verify, and maintain electrical schematicsAssist in maintaining programming, electrical component and schematics standardsImplement continuous improvement initiativesMaintain 5S standardsCompletion of all required work orders and associated documentationGeneral Electrical duties including power distribution and lightingMentor Electrical Apprentices as assignedPerform other duties as assignedAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
