We are looking for friendly outgoing people to join our Starbucks team!Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain courteous and professional conduct at all times with customers, staff, and managementHave a complete knowledge and understanding of ARAMARK and Starbucks policies and proceduresProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and responding to inquiries in a friendly and professional mannerAccurately take customer orders and process transactionsPrepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food products according to established recipes and standardsEnsure beverage and food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are metMaintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, customer areas, equipment, and storage areasFollow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements regarding food and beverage handlingAssist with stocking, inventory rotation, and replenishment of products and suppliesSupport fellow team members to ensure productive daily operationsComplete opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assignedPromote a welcoming and positive environment for all guestsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. and interpersonal skillsMust be flexible and able to work various shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to accurately prepare beverages and food items according to Starbucks standardsBasic cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferredFood Protected certification preferredDemonstrates a friendly attitude and commitment to customer serviceMaintains a professional appearance and adheres to uniform standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
