skills and tasks: responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively, ordering items, creating protocols to protect the store, including theft management, taking count of the correct amount of stock, customer service, cleaning, uhaul, etc
- cashier: full time
starting wage from $18.25 ————-
Supervisor starting wage from $20.00
Additional Responsibilities In addition to regular cashier duties, employees assigned these responsibilities are expected to:
Grounds & Exterior Maintenance
● Mow and maintain the grass and surrounding grounds.
● Keep the exterior of the building clean and presentable, including cleaning windows and pump.
● Operate a tractor for snow removal when required.
● Hand shovel snow and clear snow and ice from areas that cannot be reached by tractor.
● Keep the roadway and surrounding areas at the fuel pumps and fuel tank clear of snow, ice, and debris.
U-Haul Maintenance
● Regularly check U-Haul inventory and ensure units are properly accounted for.
● Keep U-Haul vehicles and equipment organized and maintained.
● Check and clean U-Haul vehicles regularly to ensure they are clean and ready for customers.
● Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or issues with U-Haul units to management.
