GenAI Tech Lead As a GenAI Tech Lead at Novisto, you’ll be the technical driver behind our GenAI initiatives.

Your mission: turn market‑ready GenAI technologies into product‑ready capabilities fast. You’ll combine hands‑on development with technical leadership, and partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Software Development Tech Leads to shape, prototype, and ship impactful GenAI‑powered features.

Technical Leadership

Lead architecture, scientific, and system design discussions for GenAI features and internal tools Build and deploy GenAI‑powered product features leveraging best‑in‑class market technologies. Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability Ensure alignment with broader data, software, and AI architecture Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable tickets Identify technical uncertainties and drive effective technical feasibility studies and proofs of concept. Ensure high‑quality, reliable delivery through planning, code reviews, and mentoring Collaborate with other Engineering Tech Leads to ensure timely delivery Mentor GenAI developers and scientists; grow the next generation of technical talent Foster a culture of technical excellence,
