We are looking for a talented General Manager to join our team specializing in Service and Operations for our Saskatoon, SK branch.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Deliver strong operational and financial performance by achieving or exceeding balanced scorecard targets, optimizing asset utilization, and managing P&L; with discipline and foresight.
- Translate long‑term strategy into actionable business plans, ensuring your organization executes with clarity, alignment, and measurable short‑term results that support Cummins’ broader strategic direction.
- Grow the business profitably by identifying current opportunities, understanding regional and global market dynamics, and ensuring offerings are optimized for Cummins’ capabilities and customer needs.
- Strengthen cross‑functional execution by anticipating and resolving operational challenges across customer service, finance, quality, purchasing, materials, and HR, ensuring seamless performance across all functions.
- Elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationship‑building, proactive engagement,



and continuous improvement initiatives that reflect both current and future customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement and Six Sigma initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and consistency while embedding common global business processes where applicable.
- Develop high‑performing teams by leading, motivating, and coaching Supervisors and Individual Contributors, setting clear expectations for development, performance, and career growth.
- Deepen organizational insight and market understanding by building expertise across all Cummins businesses and leveraging that knowledge to shape opportunities that strengthen Cummins’ regional and global presence
