We are seeking a CPSO‐licensed Family Physician to join a brand‐new, modern medical clinic in the heart of Orangeville, Ontario. With 300+ patients already on the waitlist and no current physician onsite, this is an exceptional opportunity to build your own patient panel from day one—in a high‐demand, underserved market.

Located in a new condominium development in a rapidly expanding residential area, the clinic offers full marketing support, administrative setup, and potential for clinic takeover with zero overhead for committed GPs.

Position Highlights

- Flexible schedule: Weekdays 9:30 AM–6:30 PM | Saturdays 9:30 AM–2:30 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
- 4 consultation rooms + private physician office
