This position will oversee construction activities, support frontline supervisors, coordinate resources and contractors, and ensure assigned scopes are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.ResponsibilitiesProvide field construction leadership and direction across assigned project scopesSupport and coordinate the activities of frontline supervisorsManage construction execution, schedules, milestones, and daily prioritiesCoordinate resources to support safe and efficient project deliveryManage contractors and monitor field activities to ensure compliance with project requirementsLead safety initiatives and promote a strong safety cultureConduct risk assessments and support implementation of mitigation measuresCoordinate traffic management, site logistics, and construction activitiesCoordinate QA/QC, surveying, engineering, and field execution requirementsMonitor construction progress and communicate schedule, resource, quality, and safety concernsMentor and coach supervisors and construction personnelWork closely with Project Managers, Project Controls, Engineers, and other project stakeholdersPosition DetailsRotation: 15 days on / 13 days offShift: 12-hour shiftsCamp & Flights: Camp accommodations and flights to and from site are provided.RequirementsExperience in mining, construction, or heavy industrial environmentsPrevious experience as a Superintendent, Supervisor,
