Cohere is seeking a People Project Manager to join our HR PMO and deliver an ambitious portfolio of HR programs as we scale globally. This is not a BAU role; we need someone who brings order to chaos, builds scalable workflows, and ships critical initiatives with global impact.
You will own projects end-to-end, collaborate across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams, and drive governance while maintaining momentum and clarity across a distributed team.
