The Ground Services
Attendant plays a vital role in assisting flight crews while adhering to health and safety regulations. You’ll engage in tasks ranging from servicing aircraft to performing clean-up duties across facilities. Ideal candidates should have readiness for a physically demanding role requiring customer service experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist flight crews and customers efficiently
- Operate ground vehicles for aircraft servicing
- Carry out custodial duties at facilities
- Help marshal aircraft safely during operations
- Execute de-icing and detail aircraft when necessary Requirements:
- High school diploma and 1-2 years customer service experience
- Ability to maintain a Class 5 driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds
- Comfortable with varying work hours
