TreowGroup seeks an HR Generalist for a maternity leave contract role in Toronto, Ontario. This on-site position focuses on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This opportunity with TreowGroup Recruitment involves covering a 12-month maternity leave for a manufacturing client.

As an HR Generalist, you will be integral to the team, directly reporting to the General Manager and focusing on enhancing the company’s employee engagement and HR practices. Your experience in HR will directly contribute to a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

- Support employee relations and HR best practices
- Manage the recruitment process from job postings to offers




- Oversee recent hires’ onboarding and exiting processes
- Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
- Implement performance management and workplace culture projects Requirements:
- At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree with CHRP designation preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong ability to build professional relationships
