About the role

This is a 0→1 commercial leadership role. As our GTM and Sales Founding Member, you’ll architect and execute the strategy that takes Kavodax from early traction to market leadership in stablecoin issuance and cross-border payments. You’ll work directly with the founder, owning everything from positioning to revenue, this isn’t a role that inherits a playbook, it’s the role that writes one.

What you’ll own

- Build and execute the full GTM strategy across enterprises
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions across multiple customer segments
- Lead customer acquisition, partnerships, and channel development
- Set pricing, packaging, and revenue models
- Work directly with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap based on real market intelligence
- Build and lead a GTM team as we scale past founder-led sales

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in GTM, product marketing, or commercial leadership in stablecoins, cross-border payments, or crypto
- Should have track record of scaling GTM to $Millions in ARR
- Hands-on experience scaling a stablecoin or digital asset product commercially:



you’ve owned a revenue or adoption outcome on one, not just studied the space
- Real understanding of stablecoin adoption dynamics, liquidity, and the regulatory landscape around them
- Background in fintech, payments, crypto infrastructure, or financial services
- Track record launching and scaling B2B or platform products from early stage
- Comfortable operating at both strategy and hands-on execution, there’s no team to delegate to yet
- Entrepreneurial mindset, genuine bias for action

Compensation This role is equity + Commission + initial salary: We’re looking for someone who wants to build and own a meaningful piece of what we’re creating, not fill a normal sales seat.

Happy to talk through the specifics and our current traction (FINTRAC MSB + Bank of Canada PSP registration, live CAGD stablecoin, existing pipeline) so you can size the risk for yourself.
