Your expertise will shape strategic platform roadmaps, governance standards, and integration strategies, ensuring a resilient and future-ready ServiceNow environment.Required Skills And Qualifications10-15+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, and application management.Proven mastery of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, including configuration, scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs (REST/SOAP).Strong understanding of CSDM, CMDB governance, discovery, service mapping, and data quality management.Extensive experience designing integrated enterprise workflows for incident,
