Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.

- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice.

- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering strictly to sanitation standards to ensure client safety.

- Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and managing retail product sales through upselling techniques.

- Promote retail products by educating clients on hair care solutions that meet their individual needs.

- Assist with front desk duties such as checking in clients, managing wait times, and handling payments efficiently.

- Build robust relationships with clients through clear communication skills,



ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling or barbering with a strong portfolio of work.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport quickly.

- Good understanding of Goldwell hair colour line

- Ability to use hair colours well and do balayages, highlights, and root touch-ups

- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon or barbershop environment.

- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine approach.

- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and front desk responsibilities seamlessly.

- Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an ability to promote products naturally.
