We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage Shopify storefront updates, Meta Ads campaigns, and email/SMS marketing for multiple clients.
This position requires a proactive approach to executing campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and direct client interaction. Your experience in a marketing agency will be essential for managing a high volume of client requests and maintaining quality service. Key Responsibilities:
- Update Shopify products, collections, and content daily
- Monitor and optimize Meta Ads for live client campaigns
- Act as daily point of contact for client portfolio
- Execute email/SMS marketing using Klaviyo or equivalent
- Oversee landing page edits and marketing copy Requirements:
- At least 1 year of hands-on Shopify experience
- 1 year managing live Meta Ads campaigns
- Client-facing role experience managing multiple accounts
