Relay is building a contemporary compliance function to scale rapidly in the fintech space. This leadership role owns the end-to-end compliance program, including AML, sanctions, KYB/CDD, and regulatory adherence, and partners closely with our sponsor bank.
You will design an evidence-driven program, automate where possible, and lead a growing team to enable product velocity while maintaining rigorous controls. You will work with Finance, Risk, and Product to embed compliance into new features from
