Oasis Landscape Group is looking for an experienced construction leader to take ownership of our growing Design-Build division.

We finished last year at $1.65M across Design-Build, Irrigation, and Maintenance & Snow. We're targeting $2.75M this year and working toward $7–10M by 2028. Design-Build is a major part of that growth, and we're looking for the person who wants to lead it.

You'll own the division from sales handoff through final client walkthrough—leading people, projects, budgets, quality, and profitability.

You'll inherit a division with real revenue, an established team, and real opportunities to improve how we operate. Our systems aren't finished, and we don't pretend they are. You'll have both the responsibility and the authority to help make them better.

What You'll Own In this role, you will:

- Lead Design-Build production, quality, budgets, and profitability
- Plan and schedule projects, crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Own client communication from sales handoff through final walkthrough
- Manage job costing and margin accountability
- Coach Crew Leads and develop the next layer of leadership
- Build and improve the systems that allow the division to grow without sacrificing quality

You'll work closely with the leadership team while maintaining a solid presence on project sites—supporting crews, teaching, checking quality, and staying connected to what's actually being delivered.

The Work

Our projects range from residential landscapes to larger estate-scale builds,



including:

- Paver patios, driveways, walkways, and natural stone
- Retaining walls, grading, drainage, and excavation
- Masonry and outdoor living features
- Decks, pergolas, fencing, and privacy structures
- Full-property designed builds incorporating pools, planting, irrigation, and lighting

Many are multi-week or multi-month projects where planning, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and strong field leadership directly impact profitability.

Experience You'll Bring

- 8+ years of landscape construction experience
- Extensive hardscape, excavation, and grading knowledge
- Masonry and carpentry experience
- Ability to read and build from construction plans
- Budgeting and job costing experience
- Proven experience leading crews and multiple projects
- Strong organizational and technology skills

Where This Can Go

As Oasis grows, so can this role. The person who successfully leads Design-Build could progress into Director of Construction, broader Operations Leadership, or General Manager.

Compensation: $80,000-100,000 + performance bonus, based on experience. Compensation structure can be negotiated and custom-built through the interview process.
