YesJob ResponsibilitiesLead Terrain Park Attendants and Groomers efficiently through the daily Terrain Park Operations and nightly design and construction planPerforms a daily assessment of risk, feature inspections, maintenance, and testing of all featuresDirects leads, attendants, and operators to complete projects and general maintenance in an productive and carefully planned mannerAssist Ski Patrol on accident investigationsAct as liaison between attendants and upper management and other departmentsAssist in the development of nightly grooming plans for Terrain ParksResponsible for park operations/decision making when manager is unavailableAct as role model regarding employee development and guest service-related initiativesAssist in all trainings for Terrain Park Attendants including the implementation of all necessary tools and equipmentOngoing development of standard operating procedures and Best PracticesOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of terrain park experience - preferredMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experience - preferredMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to work outside in alpine environmentAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsMust have own ski or ride equipmentIn completing this application, and when submitting related documentation, applicants may redact information that identifies their age, date of birth, and/or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.We follow all federal, state, and local laws including restrictions on child/minor labor.
