Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and mentor Procurement Specialists on key initiatives • Negotiate contract terms with vendors and stakeholders • Review solicitations for compliance with regulations • Oversee all aspects of high-risk solicitations • Assist in drafting procurement documents and reports

Requirements: • Four years of experience in public procurement • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field • Knowledge of procurement regulations and policies • Supervisory experience with performance evaluations • Relevant certifications preferred (CPCM, CPM)
