We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator / Order Checker to support our warehouse operations. This role focuses on order accuracy, quality control, and inventory support in a quick-paced environment! Work a convenient day shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm!Responsibilities:ShippingCoordinate daily outbound shipments and ensure orders are prepared and shipped according to customer requirementsSchedule and coordinate carrier pickups and deliveriesPrepare and verify shipping documentation, bills of lading, labels, packing slips, and other required paperworkAssist in signing out driversPopulate/maintain appointment screen through WMSManage express doorUpdate tablet as requiredComplete dock checks each morning for trailersComplete dock checks against Bill of LadingsConfirm all pallets are being loaded onto trucks accurately and securelyTrack shipments and follow up on missed, delayed, or incomplete deliveriesInvestigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, damages, and other issuesReceivingCoordinate incoming deliveries and ensure receiving appointments are scheduled as requiredVerify incoming shipments against purchase orders,



receiving documentation and customer requirementsEnsure products are counted, inspected, identified, and received accuratelyRecord shortages, overages, damages, and discrepancies and communicate issues to appropriate departmentEnsure received product is properly labelled and directed to the appropriate warehouse locationMaintain accurate receiving documentation and system recordsQualificationsValid Forklift Operator Certification on Reach, Counter Balance, Order Picker, and Working at Heights2 years of forklift experienceAbility to operate counterbalance, reach, dock stocker, or walkie-riderAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasksStrong attention to detail and basic computer/WMS skillsPrevious warehouse or inventory experience preferredPay Rate:$23/hourWeekly pay every Friday#ABL91AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools may be used at certain points of the pre-screening and selection process for this role.
