Youthfully is looking for exceptional Health Sciences & Engineering Youth Coaches to work 1:1 with high school students applying primarily to Queen’s Health Sciences, McMaster Health Sciences, and Ontario Engineering Programs.

This is an ideal flexible opportunity for current medical students, Health Sciences, & Engineering graduates who enjoy mentorship, writing, and helping young people become stronger thinkers and communicators.

We’re especially interested in candidates from:

- McMaster Health Sciences
- Queen’s Health Sciences
- Medical schools at University of Toronto, McMaster, Western, Queen’s, University of Ottawa, and Toronto Metropolitan University
- Other highly competitive Canadian health and life sciences programs
- University of Waterloo & University of Toronto Engineering

What You'll Do

You'll build a 1:1 coaching relationship with your students and support them throughout their university application journey.

Depending on the student, that may include:

- Coaching supplementary applications and written responses
- Helping students develop and articulate meaningful experiences
- Working with our students through internships & passion projects
- Preparing students for interviews and admissions
- Helping students build confidence, self-awareness, and communication skills
- Keeping students accountable and moving forward throughout the application process

- Genuinely enjoy mentorship and helping young people grow

Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience at Queen’s Health Sciences, McMaster Health Sciences, University of Waterloo Engineering or University of Toronto Engineering
