Become a vital part of Northern Peak HR as a Health & Safety Specialist located in Thunder Bay. You'll develop vital programs and ensure health and safety compliance across various initiatives. Reporting to the Owner/Lead Consultant, this full time role demands familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, providing training, and managing certification processes. Candidates should be skilled in client relations and organizational planning. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop policies and programs for client safety compliance
- Conduct thorough site inspections and field visits
- Organize and lead employee training programs
- Assist in hazard identification and incident investigations
- Manage client health and safety documentation and minutes Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in health and safety
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Certification in Joint Health & Safety Committee
- Experience with HS Management Systems preferred
