This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing construction execution, coordinating frontline supervision, managing resources and contractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.ResponsibilitiesProvide overall field construction leadership and direction across assigned project scopesDirectly oversee and support up to six frontline supervisorsManage construction execution, schedules, milestones, and project prioritiesCoordinate resources to optimize productivity and support project deliveryManage contractors and ensure work is completed safely and to required standardsLead safety initiatives and promote a strong safety culture in the fieldConduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measuresCoordinate traffic management and site logistics as requiredCoordinate QA/QC, surveying, engineering, and construction activitiesMonitor construction progress and identify issues that may impact schedule, cost, quality, or safetyProvide mentoring, coaching, and leadership to frontline supervisors and construction personnelWork closely with Project Managers, Project Controls, Engineers, and other project stakeholders to support successful project executionPosition DetailsRotation: 15 days on / 13 days offShift: 12-hour shiftsCamp & Flights: Camp accommodations and flights to and from site are provided.RequirementsExtensive experience in mining, construction,
