GreenShield is seeking a skilled Third-Party Risk & Governance Specialist in Toronto. Utilize your expertise in third-party risk management and governance within a versatile work environment.
As a vital 6-month contract resource, you will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Third-Party Risk Management and will be responsible for supporting TPRM activities across the vendor lifecycle. This role demands collaboration with various risk and business teams to ensure effective oversight and management of third-party risks. Strong stakeholder management and governance skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead vendor onboarding and ongoing monitoring assessments • Work with teams to evaluate and address third-party risks • Develop and maintain risk remediation and exit plans • Monitor performance metrics and manage incidents • Support GreenShield’s TPRM Policy and audit processes
Requirements: • 3–5 years in Third-Party Risk Management or related fields • Experience in vendor governance and compliance tasks • Excellent analytical and communication capabilities • Familiarity with technology and SaaS service providers • Professional certifications in risk management are advantageous
