- Liaise with emergency responders during incidents
- Provide updates to the Ministry of Transportation
- Track major incidents and maintain accurate files

- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 2 years in traffic control or related fields
- Valid Class DZ driver’s license needed
- OTM BOOK 7 certification required
