- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or discrepancies




- Uphold food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safe storage practices
- Support training of junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and service standards

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations in the food industry
- Demonstrated ability to serve high-quality meals efficiently under pressure
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, food presentation, and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant setting is highly desirable
