In this position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct clinical services and confidential counselling as part of the Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP). Your contributions will help foster a path towards better mental health and well-being for clients.

The role may involve evening or Saturday work to meet client needs effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver EFAP services including counselling and assessments
- Create treatment plans and maintain progress notes
- Develop action-oriented service plans for clients
- Manage case assignments while ensuring accountability
- Require evening and/or Saturday availability Requirements:
- Master’s in Counselling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensed with the relevant governing body
- At least 3 years of relevant counseling experience
- Knowledge of assessment and crisis management
