Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and energetic Hot Shot Driver/Rigger/Swamper to join our team! In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for delivering equipment, materials, and supplies efficiently and safely to various job sites. You will also assist with rigging, loading, unloading, and securing loads using specialized equipment such as cranes, boom trucks and forklifts.

Your excellent communication skills and mechanical knowledge will ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and adherence to safety standards. Duties

- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including hot shot trucks, ensuring timely transportation of materials and equipment to designated locations
- Assist with rigging operations by setting up cranes, boom trucks, or other lifting devices to load or unload and complete various other special projects.
- Serve as a rigger/swamper by supporting the operator with clear communication, following rigging instructions and working as a team to complete lifts safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment such as trucks, cranes and boom trucks to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
- Maintain detailed logs of deliveries, rigging procedures, safety checks, and equipment maintenance records




- Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally on-site and ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications

- Prior experience with pulling gooseneck trailers, load securement, hours of service, working directly with cranes/boom trucks and working on Oil & Gas/Construction sites is essential
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating hot shot trucks or similar vehicles is essential
- Mechanical knowledge of rigging equipment, cranes, and lifting procedures
- Strong communication skills for coordinating tasks effectively across teams and clients
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual tasks in various weather conditions
- Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency
