Morning Housekeeper & Family Cook – Part-Time, Long-Term

We are a family in St. Andrews, Manitoba looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced person to help manage our home on a long-term basis.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Approximately 20 hours per week

This is not just a cleaning position. We already have professional cleaners coming once a week. We are looking for someone who can help us maintain the home throughout the week and keep everything clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

- Prepare fresh breakfast and help with meal preparation for the family
- Must be comfortable preparing Indian food
- Laundry, folding and putting clothes away
- Make beds and organize bedrooms
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Maintain bathrooms and common areas between weekly qualified cleanings
- Keep the home neat, tidy and well organized
- Organize pantry, refrigerator and household items when needed
- General household organization and light housekeeping

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

- Experienced in housekeeping, home management or a similar position




- A good cook with experience preparing Indian meals
- Very clean, organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual, especially for the 6:00 AM start
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Trustworthy and looking for a stable, long-term position
- Able to provide references
- Has reliable transportation to St. Andrews

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

This is an excellent position for someone looking for consistent morning hours while keeping the rest of their day available for other work or responsibilities.
