- Promote HSE strategy and culture organization-wide
- Conduct Comprehensive Hazard Assessments and site support
- Lead safety training and toolbox talks
- Organize safety documentation and incident reporting
- Conduct site inspections and compliance checks Requirements:
- 5+ years in construction safety, especially mechanical/electrical
- Degree/Diploma in relevant field required
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with HSE reporting and training
