This hybrid role combines technical expertise and business analysis focused on trading and compliance. As a Business Analyst, you will interpret complex business requirements into technology solutions.

With 4+ years of experience and solid knowledge in OEMS, you're well-equipped to enhance our Information Systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure system efficiency and compliance throughout trading processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements
- Create workflow diagrams and functional specifications
- Facilitate the implementation of CRIMS settings
- Document processes and ensure requirement traceability
- Engage in testing and support system upgrades Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least 4 years of business or systems analysis experience
- Preferred experience in OEMS or tech support roles
- Solid understanding of trading processes and compliance
