This role allows practitioners to deliver compassionate, patient-centered telemedicine services across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency, and urgent care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient assessments, review medical histories, and deliver appropriate treatment.
- Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and offer expert guidance on medication use.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain detailed medical documentation for continuity of care.
- Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active medical licenses in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses (support provided).
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours weekly, working during local daytime hours.
- Solid communication skills, proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided), and at least one DEA certification.
