The incumbent is accountable for ensuring IAM projects deliver the intended business outcomes, align with organizational priorities, and support the organization's security, compliance, operational efficiency, and digital transformation objectives.
The Project Director provides strategic leadership throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing stakeholder engagement, business readiness, governance, change management, and executive communications.
