Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Saint-Eustache, QC.

The Inside Sales

Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.



They will focus on prospecting potential clients, addressing inquiries, preparing detailed quotations, and managing sales pipelines. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction from order to delivery.

Qualifications

- Sales and communication skills, including customer relationship management and ability to close sales
- Proficiency in lead generation, client prospecting, and developing personalized solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Technical aptitude or prior experience in the security closure or construction industry is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Previous experience in a sales-related position is preferred
- Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal, is required
- Ability to read blueprints
