Key Responsibilities:



• Read and interpret construction documents for accuracy • Manage contractor communications and attendance at meetings • Coordinate submittals and change requests with the design team • Document contractor activities and maintain detailed daily records • Assist in project audit and closeout processes

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field • Minimum 5 years of related construction industry experience • Familiarity with construction compliance codes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Project and construction management software
