Compression & Process is currently recruiting an Instrumentation Supervisor to work at our Shepard Shop (9423 Shepard Rd SE, Calgary, AB, T2C 4R6).

The Instrumentation

Supervisor is responsible for leading all instrumentation installation, calibration, tubing fabrication, testing, and commissioning activities for compression and process packages. This role provides direct oversight of instrumentation technicians, ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering specifications, codes, and company standards. The Supervisor plays a critical role in driving production performance, quality outcomes, and team development, while ensuring alignment with project schedules and operational objectives.

Journeyperson

Certificate in Instrumentation or a related field ~ Proven leadership experience supervising instrumentation teams ~8+ years of instrumentation experience in fabrication/production environments (Process or Compression packages preferred) ~ Tube bending and installation (including 1” SS tubing, ORFS assemblies, electric benders) ~ P&IDs;, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and G.Instrumentation installation, calibration, and troubleshooting Proven leadership experience supervising instrumentation teams KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI): PRODUCTION &
