About the Role

We're looking for a driven and personable Bilingual individual that is ready to dive in a career as an Insurance Broker. This is a great opportunity to grow your career as an Insurance Agent from entry level. We pay for your course, and you get to have hands on experience in building your best career move yet!

The Path: You'll start by mastering the ropes in an Administrative role (data entry, phone support, and office magic). As you grow, we'll support you through your Insurance Licensing (on our dime!) to become a fully licensed Home & Auto Broker.

Responsibilities

- Administrative: you will be learning the ropes starting by providing day to day administrative support. directing calls, processing management.
- Renewals: Proactively manage the renewal timeline, including gathering updated exposure data (payrolls, revenues) and remarketing accounts to carriers.
- Client Consultation: Explain complex coverage terms and answer billing or coverage inquiries.
- Quality Control: Review issued policies against binders to ensure accuracy and check for missing exclusions.
- System Maintenance: Independently maintain client records in Agency Management Systems (like Applied Epic).
- Policy Management:



Helping the clients Identify their individuals' insurance needs and making recommendations
- Team Support: Assisting your peers as needed with day to day needs.

Qualifications

- Fluently Bilingual: I am Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong Communication Skills: I am comfortable speaking with business owners and individual clients alike. I am comfortable with phone-based prospecting and digital outreach.
- The "Worry Pas Spirit": I have a positive, "glass-half-full" attitude and love making someone's day easier.

Pay range and compensation package

- Benefits: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm (Approx)
- Full time hours | Paid Weekly!
