Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Financial Supervisor to oversee accounting activities, financial reporting, payroll accounting, and month-end processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger.
- Review payroll reports, accruals, and related financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget-to-actual variance analyses.
- Support year-end audit preparation, regulatory reporting, and financial compliance requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable activities and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance,



Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

Pay Rate

$45/ Hour
