This role works closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure strong cost control, contract compliance, and overall financial performance of the project. Responsibilities Assist in the administration of prime contracts and subcontract agreements Support change management processes including tracking, pricing, and negotiating change orders and variations Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with financial objectives Assist in preparing cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and monthly financial reviews Support cost value reconciliation (CVR) and variance analysis Review and process subcontractor
