Location: Canada / HybridEmployment Type: Full-Time / ContractAbout the RoleInfocodec Solutions is currently expanding its ETRM/CTRM Endur practice and is seeking experienced Endur Consultants with expertise in Commodity or Energy markets and Trading & Risk Management System implementations.You will be part of a team responsible for implementation, upgrade, and support of Openlink Endur, bringing subject matter expertise in deal modelling, deal valuations, risk management, scheduling, invoicing, and accounting for commodities and energy markets.You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery, applying consulting best practices while helping clients optimize their commodity trading and risk management operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes that can be addressed using the Endur platform.Identify opportunities for process improvements and change management.Participate in the functional implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, functional testing, and transition to operations.Provide support for existing Endur solutions, including bug fixes, enhancements, and operational support.Document business requirements, functional designs, test plans, and implementation deliverables.Follow best practices and documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.Work closely with technical teams to develop customizations and integrations based on client requirements.Provide industry and functional advisory services to clients where required.Apply effective resource management and project delivery techniques depending on project complexity and team capabilities.Maintain robust communication with clients, project teams,



and internal stakeholders.Support business change management and stakeholder expectations throughout the engagement.Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions on Endur functionality and ETRM/CTRM concepts.SkillsEndur ModulesGood working knowledge of key Openlink Endur modules supporting commodity and energy trading operations, preferably V19 or higher.Endur Risk ManagementUnderstanding of Endur risk and valuation functionality, including:MTM (Mark-to-Market)PnL reportingValue-at-Risk (VaR)End-of-Day automation using TPM and Services ManagerEndur CustomizationStrong knowledge of Endur customization and extension techniques, including:Desktop configurationsAPM pagesReporting enhancementsPre-processing and post-processing logicEndur ArchitectureUnderstanding of Endur architecture and best implementation practices to maximize performance and scalability.Functional KnowledgeStrong knowledge of commodity trading operations, including:GasPowerRenewablesLNGCrude and Refined ProductsAdditional SkillsExcellent stakeholder and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesAbility to work independently or as part of a global delivery teamRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.7+ years of hands‐on experience with Openlink Endur, working as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Functional Specialist, QA Specialist,
