We are seeking a Director of Investments to lead investment strategy and oversee our clients' portfolios.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the firm's overall strategy for investment clientsMonitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive positioning to inform strategic directionServe as lead advisor for the firm's mutual fund and segregated fund business, directly managing client relationships and investment recommendationsAssess clients' financial goals, investment objectives, time horizon, and risk toleranceRecommend suitable mutual funds and segregated funds based on client needsConstruct diversified investment portfolios to achieve clients' objectivesConduct regular client reviews to ensure investments remain appropriate as markets and client circumstances evolveExplain investment risks and expected returns clearly and transparentlyCoordinate investment strategies with other aspects of a client's financial planNurture existing client relationships and identify opportunities to expand on themDirect the Product Analyst, assigning priorities and reviewing product analysis and recommendationsDirect the work of an administrative staff member, ensuring client servicing, documentation, and account processing run smoothlySet priorities and workflows for the team to ensure responsive, high-quality serviceOversee performance of investments across the portfolioManage portfolio risk, diversification, and liquidity across all linesReporting & GovernancePrepare regular investment performance reports for the partners of the firmEnsure compliance with applicable regulationsMaintain investment policies, procedures, and documentationQualifications5+ years of experience in investment management, asset management, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of segregated funds and mutual fund structuresRelevant licensing- LLQP, mutual fund registrationStrong analytical, financial modeling, and risk management skillsPreferredCIM and CFP #J-18808-Ljbffr
