Drive effective management through budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. In this managerial role, you will report to the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO).

You will ensure consistent governance and financial discipline across IT initiatives while closely working with Project Managers, Finance, and IT leaders. Your focus will be on portfolio oversight, enhancing how the PMO operates on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage PMO portfolio governance from intake to project closure
- Lead IT portfolio financial tracking and budget reporting
- Own executive reporting, ensuring accurate project health visibility




- Drive Jira and Confluence governance for portfolio data quality
- Support audit compliance and project governance documentation Requirements:
- 5+ years in PMO, portfolio governance, or related fields
- Post-secondary education in Business, Technology, or Finance
- Experience in large enterprise IT environments
- Certifications like PMP or Agile preferred
