Java Developer with Auth0

Location: Meadowvale, Mississauga - hybrid

Long term Contract to hire

Job Summary

Java Auth0 SME Sr Dev with 10+ years of experience. Should have good communication skills to front end with client stakeholders and also liaise with offshore team.

key Skills: Full Stack Dev with Java and Angular and Auth0 experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade web applications using Java and Angular.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Integrate and manage authentication and authorization workflows using Auth0.
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and JWT-based security solutions.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to build responsive and user-friendly applications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.




- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

Backend

- Strong experience in Java 8/11/17.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
- Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
- Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.

Frontend

- Robust experience in Angular (v10+ preferred).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with Angular Material and Reactive Forms.
- Knowledge of state management frameworks is preferred.
