This is a multi-year transformational initiative.---Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DeliveryDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and critical pathsMonitor and report progress, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and decisionsManage project scope, budget, and resource requirementsEnsure adherence to enterprise project governance standardsLMS ImplementationLead the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS), including configuration, deployment, and transition activities, ensuring business requirements are translated into actionable project deliverablesCoordinate data migration planning and validation activitiesSupport testing strategy, execution, defect management, and readiness assessmentsOversee system integration, user acceptance, and production readiness activitiesEnsure a successful transition to BAUStakeholder & Vendor ManagementBuild strong working relationships with business, technology, learning, and compliance stakeholdersManage multiple implementation partners and vendorsFacilitate project meetings, working sessions, workshops, and executive reviewsEscalate and resolve project issues in a timely mannerGovernance & ReportingPrepare executive reporting, dashboards, status updates, RAID logs,
