As a Personal Support Worker at Extendicare, you will be at the forefront of patient care, assisting with bathing, feeding, and mobility. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities

Requirements:
• PSW Program or HCA/CCA certification completed
• Preferably experienced in long-term or community home care
• Knowledge of documentation and care planning
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience working independently is beneficial
