Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Woman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Your expertise will ensure safe, effective, and reliable electrical operations in Residential, Commercial, Service, Renovations and new build environments.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately install and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Install wiring, conduit, panels, switches, outlets, and other electrical components in new construction or renovation projects.
- Diagnose electrical issues using hand tools, power tools, schematics, and testing devices; perform repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with construction teams and other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical work within larger projects.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or failures; perform preventative maintenance as needed.




- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including installation procedures, troubleshooting steps, and safety compliance documentation.

Requirements

- Valid journeyman/woman electrician license or certification recognized by local authorities.
- Proven experience working as an electrician in residential, commercial, service settings, renovations and new construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams essential for accurate installations.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment required for daily tasks.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and execute work accordingly during renovation projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on handyman approach for diverse electrical challenges.
- Commitment to safety standards and regulations governing electrical work in industrial or construction sites.
