- understand and correctly use formative/summative assessment
- practise effective differentiated learning strategies to ensure learning

- possess an educational background and qualified experience that reflect an understanding of Indigenous perspectives, histories and cultures incorporate successful strategies from their professional background to provide effective, supportive teaching practices for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit (FNMI)
learners with a commitment to creating an inclusive classroom environment where all students experience a strong sense of belonging
