Reporting to the Director of Grants & Academic Initiatives, you'll coordinate with various departments and school boards, using data analytics to refine educational processes and improve learner outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor academic pathways processes
- Lead projects related to dual credit and learner mobility
- Facilitate collaborative discussions about curriculum with K-12 education
- Distribute resources regarding pathway programs to stakeholders
- Create reports and presentations on program successes Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or relevant experience
- Minimum of three years managing educational programs
- Knowledge of Alberta’s K-12 educational system
- Project management experience preferred
- Capacity to coordinate engagement activities effectively Drive educational success and build significant connections for students transitioning to higher education at NorQuest College.
